Tower Hill Landings, Kingston, RI, gave me the feeling that I was in my second home. My family lived there for five years, and we have never experienced any difficulties or discomforts in these years. Kristy is such a lovely lady with a happy smiley face and helpful mind, and she is just awesome!!!
Maintenance is excellent and quick; they were just there to help all tenants whenever they needed anything.

I just wanted to say that in all the years I have been renting I have never ever experienced a welcome home like I did from Kristy. She is absolutely awesome!
Between Kristy & Chelsea they both went above & beyond to making me feel comfortable in my new apartment.
They also made my leasing experience easy & I felt confident I made the right choice!
The apartment is very clean & I love it.
Also, I would like to say my dogs are very happy too.
I feel Tower Hill Landings is very lucky to have two awesome leasing agents on their team & I cannot say enough about them.

We are writing to you to compliment your staff at Tower Hill Landings in Kingston, Rhode Island for their courteous and attentive help while trying to rent an apartment. Both Ilise Hamilton and Adam Romeo were extremely helpful in assisting us successfully lease an apartment. Ilise in particular corresponded with me, answered our multitudes of questions and was simply delightful with whom to work.
Our son, Thomas Privott, who just graduated from North Carolina State University, accepted an endowed educational opportunity to conduct research with the University of Rhode Island to earn his Master's degree. Thomas flew up there in mid March for a quick 24 hour trip to see the campus and talk with the professor, but did not have time to look for an apartment. We literally had just a few weeks to get our ducks in a row as he had to report the first of June to start his research.
Not knowing anything about the area (the last time I was in Rhode Island, I was ten!!!) we Googled the area, zeroed in on Tower Hill Landings and called the listed number. Ilise cheerfully answered the phone, was very informative to the generic inquiry and gave me her email address if I had further questions. We promptly followed up our initial conversation with numerous emails and several additional questions. She patiently addressed each email in a professional and thorough manner and just did a beautiful job in helping us achieve our goals.
We helped move our son in on May 23rd and totally appreciate all that was done to assist us while we were there and for him since that time. When we walked in, the apartment had been painted, with new carpet and vinyl flooring and had a new refrigerator and stove. The maintenance staff was very helpful in helping us get an AC unit installed the second day. There were some small issues that needed repair and they have been addressed. There are still a few outstanding small repair issues that still need to be addressed with the apartment, but the maintenance staff is working to complete the move in inspection list.
What I also want to say is this---I have been a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker for 27 years and also handle numerous rentals in the Rocky Mount, NC market. I know the standard NC (very similar to Rhode Island's) application procedures, lease agreement and misc. forms, protocols, etc. like the back of my hand. I also know Fair housing laws, and the general written and verbal "do's and don'ts" of real estate leasing practices. You should be extremely proud of Ilise and Adam as they conducted themselves in an educated, professional and exemplary fashion while representing Tower Hill Landings. They were very pleasant and did a great job. They also continue to be helpful to Thomas when he has had a question or has needed a hand.
We have found that sometimes people are very quick to complain about something or someone but are very slow to compliment. It is our pleasure to have worked with these two fine young folks and greatly appreciate all they did to help us. We are certain our experience was similar to what others have had, but we wanted to take a moment and share with you that their jobs were well done.

I wanted to take this opportunity to praise one of your employees, Adam Romeo. I was in the process of co-signing a lease for my son who will be moving to one of your apartments and Adam was the point person for the most part. I found him to be friendly, professional, and most helpful. He returned my calls in a prompt manner and answered my questions fully.
